Mixx offers a social voting system like digg . Mixx was launched in sep 2007 and has raised total $ 3.5 M as to date.I personally feel that this website is giving a good competition to digg. They have already launched a feature of duplicate content earlier then digg and just for an update they have some good plans :) for the future.
